Q: I have a pretty big head do u think it will fit

It honestly will slide up to much if you do. If you strap it to the hard hat it stays in place. There are velcro straps for it.

Q: I have a small head.Will it be way to big

It is designed to fit in between the hardhat and the straps. It doesn’t actually sit on your head. So the size of your head doesn’t matter. I bought my hubs this several years back and he LOVES it. Wears it every winter.
