Easy to read and learn
The book is easy to read and handle. It lies flat due to its having binder rings, which makes it handy to read while you’re learning the exercises. It even comes with a bookmark that attaches to the binder rings. So far, I’ve not gotten farther than the warmup exercises before I get tired, but I’m old and patient, and will get there eventually. My biggest problem so far has been finding somewhere that’s big enough to accommodate my outstretched arms. The exercise instructions are clear and easy to use, with pictures of the exercises being performed. It’s a good book to have if you want to learn to do this easily.

Level One: you feel a gentle effort, and so relaxed when done, if done unhurried. You’ll want to write your daily routine on a separate sheet, else the flip book back-and-forth is a bit much.

Great for beginners
Excellent starter workoutI bought it for a friend in her 80’s to help with her balance and muscle strength. I like that she can keep her walker on one side, the wall on the other so she feels stable. I’ve been doing the exercises too. My body feels much more limber

I only give this 3 stars, but it isn’t the book’s fault. I’m just not much good at following written instructions for exercise, a video would have been more helpful.
