I painted a yellow line at zero degrees and then yellow lines at the specified degrees for each bolt length I was tightening on my heads. In the matter of maybe ten minutes, I had all the bolts torqued. Just remember to put some oil under the head of the bolts and some anti-sieze on the threads. And DON'T reuse the old bolts! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard to read, but built better than most and will get the job done. *by M***S on December 2, 2025* This tool came in very handy to torque down a cylinder head on a 1998 Chevy Vortec 5.7 engine. This engine uses torque to yield bolts that require them to be torqued first to a foot-pound measurement and then in two stages using torque angle. This tool was easy to mount and use. The number dial is metal and seems durable compared to some cheaper tools that use a printed dial face that seems like it could easily peel off. The real negative, and the reason this get's four stars instead of five, is that the dial is extremely difficult to read since the numbers are small and kind of blend in to the silver finish. When you have old eyes like mine and need reading glasses for just about everything, this made things difficult while I was contorted under the hood of the truck. The price seemed a little high as well for what it is. It's actually a pretty basic and somewhat cheaply built tool that seems like it could be a little cheaper. All in all, it did the job, and will probably last a long time. Saved me from having to buy an $800 Snap-On torque wrench that could do angle as well. All of the cheaper digital torque wrenches out there that can do angle seem to have questionable accuracy and sometimes lead to broken bolts.
