Easy to use, It just doesn’t give an accurate reading. The battery lost a long time. I’ve had it for 3 years and haven’t changed the batteries. It’s a good product for the price .

This thermometer has been a very handy thing to have around the house. I like that it is quick and simple, especially when you are checking a temperature and do not want to make a big production out of it. The no-touch forehead reading is convenient for adults and kids, and the silent mode is a nice feature when someone is sleeping or already feeling miserable. I also appreciate having the object mode because it makes it useful for more than just checking a fever. I grew up with mercury thermometers and thought it was great when the 'safe' ones came out. We still had to wipe them in alcohol before and after use to make sure it was germ free though. This forehead thing is great. It easy to use and very reliable. I wish this was around when my daughter was a baby 40+ years ago.
