I followed the steps exactly as shown in the How to Video on the 3Mauto.com website for this specific kit. It was easy and effortless. My right headlight has always been the worst, so it’s nice to see a noticeable difference in the photos. There is still a yellow tint though depending on the angle so don’t expect that to come off if you also have yellow haze on yours. Maybe in a month I’ll get another kit and sand off anything left behind. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts. I’ll update my review in a couple months.

At first I did my research and was like Nah, it’s to cheap to be that good!! Just to good to be true! So I kept looking but always ended coming back to this one lol well I’m glad I decided to risk it and just go for it. And as I was doing the steps on cleaning my headlights I was in shock this is amazing it’s magic! My headlights were BAD!!! I couldn’t drive at night time cuz I couldn’t see the road at all. A lot of times I had to drive with my high beams on and even the high beams were more like low beam lol. It was horrible. Now they look brand new. I recommend this definitely I have tried other brands and nothing and here comes this little sanding disk and just POOF!! Made it disappear in seconds. Didn’t even have to sand them for 10-15 min like the instructions said. It’s just awesome this is all I’ll use and need if I ever need to buy it again. Just take a look at the picture before and after!

I used this product to restore my head lights. The product does work but not as good as they show it is about 75% which is alot better.

I’m giving this 4 stars because the product itself worked well and restored my headlights nicely, but the listing was confusing. The picture and description did not match what I received, and the part number on the actual product was completely different. The kit I received appears to be a version that normally sells for about 50% less, so I feel like I paid double based on the listing shown. That said, the product still did the job and I’m happy with the results overall. Just be aware that what arrives may not match the photo or description, which left me more confused than disappointed.

Did the sanding of the glass and a few other steps required and it looks much better than before. Worth the money rather than replacing full headlight assembly. I used blue painters wall tape around the headlight assembly and it was fine to protect the hood paint, but our car is a 2005 so the hood paint wasn't perfect going into it so..... no worries if I messed up. I didn't sand to the final edge of the light so as it doesn't need to be 100%. The lights are much brighter now and clearer.

i am not going to even bother with a photo, my Kia Soul is a 2014. i take good care of it. my lights were not bad but they were not to what i wanted them to look like. i read the directions i did want it told me to do 3x each time all the stuff did was smear all over my paint. it did not ruin my paint but you have to completely wash your whole car at least twice to get the product off your car. it runs down the bumper and leaves a white film that dries quickly. i had to do do my lights 3 times and was my car twice. there are still streaks of the product dried on my car not to mention the product does not work my headlights look exactly the same a bit dull.

I am happy that I purchased this for my headlights. As you can see in the photos that they weren't too bad to begin with. The right side was the worst. If you follow the directions, you will get great results. Tip: after cleaning with soap and water, I wiped with rubbing alcohol to assist in getting any residue off prior to lightly sanding and I wiped with alcohol again after sanding. Dried, applied the compound and buffed to a nice clear headlight. I did apply compound twice just to satisfy my curiosity. Can't wait to see what it looks like for night driving. Will worth the money.

The sanding pad came apart and the glue got all over a headlight, causing way more work than necessary for an already labor intensive process. The end result is 70 - 80% better than it was, but not worth all the elbow grease it took to get there. Unless you have one of those buffing things, just pay a detailer already.

Expensive. Didn’t make it shine the car front headlight cover. average quality. Rubbing pad is not good. Within few scrubbing the layers disintegrated and not able to use effectively. Wasted $ for two times. The car headlight cover is still dull even after two times. 3M should provide better scrubbing pad for easy holding and cleaning. instructions on the back of the cover is too small. Hard to read quickly.

I was surprised with the results

Exactly as advertised. I had plenty left over, I could have probably done another set of headlights. I was originally torn between this kit and the larger more serious version. My headlights were a bit yellow but not horribly gone like some I’ve seen. Very glad I went with this version instead of the larger one.

It didn’t work at all. My money and effort was wasted.

Not a bad product. I have an 2011 SUV and this gave the headlines a good cleaning. No prefect but did a great job improving the haze. The lights are for sure brighter
