Bad product and customer service.
The product is really bad, the second day left ear bud was not working, started working again and would stop without warning.worst part customer service, despite complaint and several emails with videos of defect, invoice and phone calls later, they kept asking for more videos. Obviously they don't want to honour warranty service.I will never buy Amazon Basic products ever again.

Good product
After a 2 months of use. This looks pretty good a decent audio quality. and the battery is okay not bad. and i dropped this for many times but still it works fine good build quality. and good connectivity. At this price range one of the best. And easy to carry.but It does not fit in my ears properly it falls when I walk.

Battery drains too much fast of the buds (1.5 to 2 hour) and taking too much time to charge .. And sound is good

Amazon basics ke product bahut hi bekar hote Hain is product ki quality bahut hi bekar Hai lene ke 1 mahine bad hi yah kharab ho gaya tha aur mujhe koi idea nahin hai ki iski warranty claim kaise karte hai dikhata yah Hai 1 sal ki warranty but Hai nahi Battery Bina istemal Karen drain Ho jaati H This is a useless product don't buy it
