Pull Up Assistance Bands, HAPBEAR Resistance Band Set of 5, Long Power Workout Rubber Bands with Door Anchor, Strength Heavy Duty Exercise Bands for Powerlifting Stretching Fitness Training

Just started exercising and chose to go with resistance bands because I really don’t have time or the money for gyms. I found some videos on you tube that helped make my decision for these. These seem to be of good quality and they have given me some good workouts so far. They are rubber so we will see how the hold up. Keep them clean and off ruff surfaces and they should hold up fine.

These aren't going to last An athlete our someone who trains with them daily more than a year but for under $10 they are perfect for my volleyball players to stretch with before practice and games.My girls range from 8 to 12 (who these are great for strengthening at this age group without using weights) on one team and 15 to 18 on my other and they use them multiple times a week and a month later they are still in good condition. No Pulls or weak spots like way more expensive brand have gotten in much less use.

I am 56 years old, and am rehabilitating from multiple health complications and injuries. I started on the Total Gym 2+ years ago, but decided to add some Tube style and these Loop Style resistance bands to the mix. One has to be very careful about where and how they attach these to a Total Gym, but they work very well thus far. I looked at other brands, but decided on these as they were on sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday...plus they put a $3 coupon out there on top of that. So, I went for it.They seem like great quality, were packed very well, had a nice box, bag, and manual. I took the 3 smaller ones out and have started to use them. I have yet to even take the two larger ones out...it might be some time before I will ever need them! It was getting too risky for me to move around, set up, and use free weight plates on the Total Gym, and these are a great alternative. I am well pleased with them thus far. I am thinking I may add a second set.
