I have been using for the last 1 year. It was an amazing product. But after 6 months the display was not working and buds also not charging. As it was in warranty the product was replaced by the service centre. And again the new product worked for 6 months and now the display is no longer working, the case doesn't charge my buds. Buds are constantly draining even inside the case. It stays connected to the phone. Thr display is now completely unusable and a glitchy mess. It did not stand the test of time at all. 15k for a pair of earbuds just for it to last 1< year? Really having to reconsider my decisions.

Amazing product. Good quality headphones for calls and workout. Great noise cancellation for loud environments. Ambient and talk through modes are awesome. You have to look for the suitable ear tip before starting to use the product. Touch controls are good. Comfortable snug fit during long usage. All in all the product is worthy of the pricing. And the case is soo high quality!

Got that delivered on 31 March 🤩, I was coming or switch from "tune beam 1" to "Tanzu wan'er X Headphone zone"(because I lost one side of earbuds 😅) to "Live beam 3" I became fan of yours by tune beam because tonality of those 6mm drivers were unexpected 😮, but when I switched to these these so much dark sounding, bass heavy and vocals are recessed kind of tws 😅 which is not my taste ! 😅, I am thankful to that option for tuning where tuned it according to my preferences, now they are great sounding 👍😍& great for convenience, but it doesn't sound as good as those 2000rs iem with 2000rs dac/amp 😅, there is a little bit difference which can be adjusted by feature and convenience and also battery backup 😜😆, liked that product 👍❤️, I hope it will last atleast 2 years 😅

Value for money product even after 2 years of experience its always on point

Extremely disappointed with the JBL Live Beam 3. I expected much better reliability and after-sales support from JBL, especially for a premium TWS product. My earbuds became faulty after approximately 13 months of use, just one month after the 1-year warranty expired. I approached the nearest authorised JBL service centre expecting that I could at least get the product inspected and repaired by paying for the service. To my surprise, the service centre refused to repair the product because it was out of warranty. I was also informed that JBL products in this category are generally not repaired and are only replaced under warranty. I subsequently contacted JBL India Customer Care, and their response was even more disappointing. JBL confirmed that headphones/earphones are generally not repairable at the component level and that, once the warranty expires, there is no repair or replacement option available. So, essentially, a premium TWS costing a significant amount becomes electronic waste once it develops a fault after the 1-year warranty. What makes this worse is that JBL offered me a 10% coupon for purchasing another product instead of providing a reasonable paid repair or replacement solution. Why would I spend more money on another JBL product when there is no meaningful support once the warranty expires? My experience: ❌ Product failed after only ~13 months ❌ No out-of-warranty repair ❌ No paid replacement option ❌ Authorised service centre refused to accept the product ❌ JBL Customer Care confirmed that the product category is generally not repairable ❌ No meaningful solution other than asking me to buy another JBL product with a 10% discount For a brand like JBL and a premium product like the Live Beam 3, I expected much better durability and, more importantly, proper after-sales service. Think twice before buying an expensive JBL TWS if you expect it to be serviceable after the warranty period. A 1-year warranty is one thing, but having absolutely no repair or paid replacement pathway shortly after that is extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.

I’ve been using the JBL Live Beam 3 for some time now and overall it’s a good pair of earbuds with plenty of features. The sound quality is very good with strong bass and clear vocals, which is typical of JBL. Music feels immersive and the JBL app allows you to adjust the EQ according to your preference. Battery life is also impressive and easily lasts through a full day of regular use with the charging case. One thing I really like is the touchscreen charging case which lets you control music and settings without using your phone. The earbuds also have a balanced weight and sit securely in the ears, so they don’t feel heavy during normal use. However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. At times I noticed slight connectivity issues when using it with an iPhone. Also, after using the earbuds continuously for more than 30 minutes, I sometimes experience mild ear discomfort. Overall, the JBL Live Beam 3 offers good sound quality, excellent battery life, and many useful features. Despite a few minor issues, it is still a solid option for anyone looking for feature-rich wireless earbuds.

Eu tinha comprado um live flex 3 pelo site da JBL, mas ele escorregava do ouvido, então devolvi e comprei esse, muito melhor pois ele vem com borrachinhas XS, que seguram perfeitamente nos meus ouvidos. Além disso o cancelamento de ruído é incrível, o som é ótimo e possui muitas funções tecnológicas.

Amazing earbuds. The best i had this far. I used the Samsung galaxy buds Pro 2 and they really dissapointed me. These earbuds do everything you can imagine, plus a few more features on top of that. Fantastic ANC (the first time i felt that ANC actually works in earbuds). The battery in the buds lasts all day long and the case will charge them 5-6 times easily. The sound is formidable, with very rich bass. Perfect for conversations, since you can choose to completely isolate external sounds. Something I did not see on Amazon or the package is the fact that the case can charge wirelessly, which for me was really important. I thought the screen is just a gimmic, but it is surprisingly very versatile, which basically covers the need to take the phone out of your pocket to change music, adjust volume, answer a call, etc. They are also surprisingly comfortable after you find your fit with the 4 different rubber ear tips. Very good value for money, although they are a bit expensive, but for what you are getting, it is definitely reasonable. The only things I could complain about is that when you are listening to music, you cannot see the song you are listening to on the case screen, which i think it is the sonly thing I would improve about them. Also (until you get used to them), the buds kinda fall from your ears. Or maybe that is just me, because I always had issues with earbuds.
