This is the 2nd one I've had. My husband gave me the first one as a gift and it worked well for several years before it started "shorting out" and I had to tap it several times to get it to start. I had that for about 7 years, and despite the electrical problem, I decided to buy the exact same model again. I love how I can get that "jewelry-store-clean" at any time I want without having to bring it to the jewelry store!

It stays on for five seconds and then shuts off. I've followed the instructions pushing the button twice. Disappointed.

Works very well, this item is as described. If you’re looking for a decent jewelry cleaner, then I would recommend this product. Everything arrived in one piece was delivered in a timely manner, once again yes I would recommend this cleaner for your Jewlery cleaning needs.

Work perfect on my Upper and Lower dentures.

I would not recommend for eye glasses . My glasses had the anti-scratch coating and were only one month old. Bought this as it's been so hot and I was tired of trying to remove oil from glasses. Sadly, the cleaning cycle destroyed glasses. Fortunately Costco allowed me to reuse frames but still out $70 for new lenses. Just beware. Probably a great product for others.

Before and after 2 Cycles…. I feel like I am going to have to use it a few times before anything comes off. ( but not more than 3 times in a row ) read the instructions people!! 🔥.

Very good cleaner but not brighter jewelry

This product definitely exceeded my expectations! I was skeptical that it would clean my silver jewellery but it did! It has saved me a lot of time cleaning by hand!
