The media could not be loaded. Ab trainer. Certainly seems to tense/work the muscles. Charge the control units via USB C, attach the pads and then place on skin. Select the required power level that you are comfortable with and it will send electrical impulses into the muscle, causing them to tense. Comes with instruction manual, and plenty of sticky pads included. Overall, does the job. Thanks.

This product comes with 3 electric pads. Each pad, one by one started to fail. Not very good and would not recommend this product. Cannot send back as out of the 30 day window and company unable to be contacted. Very disappointing.

Whilst I cannot comment on the long term effect of this product, I can confirm that it comes with an abs/back stimulator, 2x mini stimulators for the arms/legs/pecs, 3x electric pods, charging cable, replacement sticky pads and basic instructions.1st thing to note is that the instructions are wrong, you turn the pods on / off by holding down the ‘M’ (mode) button rather than the intensity buttons.The abs / back pack works very well, tightening up the muscle groups well and after an hour you can feel that they’ve had a workout, albeit nowhere near as much as a gym / Pilates session.The arm stimulators work very well - almost too well, it made me laugh that the pictures show a happy desk worker with the little ones on their arm whereas it’s impossible to do anything when they’re going as your arm tenses up / flings in different directions, I have however invented a new office game, get someone to try and write an email with the arm muscle units switched on and up to 6.All in all it’s a very good set and the units work well, perfect to compliment a gym regime or perhaps days when you’re giving it a swerve to recover so instead gently target the particular muscles rather than all of them.

One of the pads has a deformed connection point and one of the battery pods connection point fell out immediately.

A good friend recommended this product as he has been using it for a while now so thought I'd give it a go and it seems to have everything needed to get going 👍
