This product was awesome I ordered another package. I had the gastric sleeve surgery and this has help keep my hydrated .

Not sure, it tasted just like regular water. I took it during my hike and nothing felt different (did not feel hydrated or dehydrated).

It just water. I purchased the 2 pack and it's literally just water. Hahaha good for them selling 6 ozs of water for $6

Didn’t realize this was a sport offering vs their older 4 pack vials than I was used to. Old vials had great 2nd hand stories from friends in the military community and first hand at a really hot camping trip and an very dehydrated instructor. Personally used one after a very strenuous hike and seemed to work as advertised. Doesn’t perk you up like Oral Rehydration salts but you don’t have to take a liter of water either. Kind of just sneaks normal back on to you. After 20-30 minutes you just feel normal. Not “better”. Which is pretty cool. On the hot camping trip gave it to a friend suffering from an intense headache and dry heaves as she had already thrown everything up. Heard about it late so she had been that way for half a day already. They decided to pack up and go home but she took the oral IV while her husband packed up. By the time he was finished 2 hours later, on her way out she let me know her headache was completely gone and felt normal again. They went home to recover just the same. My dehydrated instructor had spent all day in the sun running drills for military type folk and came back to teach a class I was apart of and had to end class a little early since he couldn’t push through his headache and fatigue. Gave him a few vials before I left and by the next class he asked where the hell I got them from since his special forces friends treated it like gold. I just pointed at my medic friend in the same class and said he told em about them. Instructor thanked me and said they helped a lot.

Works well to rehydrate me.
