Got this on a great deal and it has been worth every penny. Once frozen it holds the cold for hours. I can throw it in my gym bag and an hour later it's still solid. It'll last about an hour on hot skin. It's a soft vinyl that's easy to wear and doesn't feel tight or heavy. No plasticity smell, and works way better than a personal fan in high temps to cool you down. Definitely get this.

It doesn’t sweat

Love this cooling neck ring. Pop it in the fridge and it gets solid. It stays cold for a really long time. It's not too cold and it doesn't for condensation so I stay dry. It's awesome to put around my neck during a hot flash or wear on hot day outside.

would be better if the tube was flatter. also melts quickly.

My husband likes this on his event days it says it keeps him nice and cool. It freezes fast.

It did not come with instructions and it only stayed cool for five minutes and then you need to cool again . It’s very annoying and inconvenient.

I like these for Summer dog park visits and short walks in the south. It DOES help. Briefly. Cold lasts maybe 10 minutes and then it stays a bit cool for another 10 minutes or so. It’s comfortable and lightweight. I don’t regret the purchase bc it does give initial relief. But I can’t see it helping very much if you are trying to stay cool during a hike or pickleball game…
