Perfect fit and great braking performance
I installed this Detroit Axle 8-piece brake kit on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson and Iโm very happy with the results. Everything fit perfectly and the installation was straightforward. The rotors and pads feel solid and well made, and the braking performance is smooth and responsive compared to my old brakes. Rotors were solid and the pads were also well built, but the wear clips absolute garbage I ended up using the old ones. So far no squeaks and the stops really well, overall I am happy with the purchase.

Be Careful with your old Hardware!
I ordered the Detroit Axle pads and rotors for my wife's 2022 Ford Explorer XLT a couple of months before actually performing the maintenance. Once I removed the old rear pads, I realized the hardware clips provided by Detroit Axle did not fit. They were shaped similarly to the old clips, but they were too big. The same was true of the new clips for the front pads. I recommend exercising caution with your old clips to prevent damaging them when removing the old pads because you may need to reuse them like I did. Aside from that, the brake pads and rotors have been fine so far.
