Pros: easy to use! This item was a lifesaver saver! I bought this as an alternative to wood since I don’t have a saw. I was able to cut it with scissors and paint it before I put in the wall. It took about to coats of paint to get attainable look. Easy to use for corners! I used it for a trim on top of my bead board. Cons: if you stick onto wallpaper you may have to use a nail gun or it will peel off wallpaper on corners! I loved this and would buy for another DIY

If you are ever looking to remove this beware that you will need to fix all your walls because this rips the surface right off the walls. Also make sure you put it on correctly first or you're going to rip the surface off your walls to reset it. Sometimes when things are cheap there's a reason for it. if you're looking for something cheap just to go over a wall that you don't care about and you're never going to remove it I guess this is your best bet otherwise put in the money and put real wood and have it cut appropriately. This is difficult to cut with scissors

I had a great experience with this product. It was easy to use. I used it as trim for a beadboard backsplash. It was easy to use; the adhesive was easy to peel and apply to the wall. It adhered very well - no gaps. It has held up well so far. I chose this product because it was paintable as well. The trim took the paint well, and the product added a professional finish to my project. I would definitely recommend.

This trim added a finished look to my bathroom revamp. It was very easy to install, because of the flexibility of the material no need to use a miter saw, just a good pair of scissors or utility knife will do it. My only concern is how well it cleans because it has a rubber feel to it.

I used this flexible molding to create a wall frame detail in my entryway, and overall I’m really happy with how it turned out. Cutting the corners at a 45° angle with a utility knife took a bit of care, since the material is soft and flexible, so you have to be precise. Once everything was in place, the finish looked really good. The best part is that after about a year, it’s still in place perfectly. It hasn’t peeled, shifted, or come loose at all, which really impressed me. I love this border. This chair rail was simple to put up. Went around corners easily. Didn't even have to put any miter cuts. I liked it so much I added wallpaper beadboard from Amazon. And another border of stick on chair rail on bottom creating a custom look.

reorder the Item because I was happy on the 1st delivery, but sadly the send a wrong size for the more quantity I order.

I’ve used this many times to add a ceiling trim for wallpaper. It looks great. One word of caution though. If you’re using it on top of the wallpaper the weight of it will eventually cause your wallpaper to peel down. Mine stayed up about a year with peel and stick wallpaper. I eventually used a cutter to slice it off the wall, cleaned up the sticky side and then put it back directly on the wall. It still had enough adhesive to stay up. Gives your wallpaper a professional look.
