This mask seems to be working fine. It's easy to use and it is now part of my daily eye care routine. I usually use it on medium for 15 minutes.

I was advised by the doc who did my cataracts to use a heating pad on my eyes going forward. Something about keeping the eyes moist... I chose this item, keep forgetting to use it, but the couple of times I have, they heat up and seem to be what the doctor ordered...

I want to purchase more covers so i can change the cover between uses. Its not sanitary to be putting the same mask on your eyes over and over.

I bought this hoping to replace a microwavable eye mask, especially for traveling. When plugged into a laptop or plugged into a wall, on high, after 30 minutes it barely got warm. Heating issues aside the eye mask felt cheap and unpleasant to use. The heat settings and time are all pre-set so you cannot set a time other than 15min, 30 min, or 60 min. This only gets one star because I can't go lower.

I enjoyed it while it worked. I've had it for six months; using it on high for 30 minutes 3 times a week. All of a sudden it stopped working... bummer.

Stopped working at the 12 month mark. Very disappointed. When it worked, it was good but now…not so good. Update….company reached out and provided a full refund. Thank you.

Best purchase ever! I use it twice a day for my stye and it helps. I use it at night to help relax and it really helps

I have ordered a lot of mask to see which one is better and this is the winner. Fits perfectly in the crevice of my eyes and the high heat is a perfect relaxing temperature. And the setting are easy to adjust. I would recommend just hope it last awhile before something breaks down on it.

This was so great.. for 3 months. And then one night it inexplicably stopped working and nothing will fix it. I’ve changed out the charging cube, the outlet it’s plugged into, everything. So definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Thin material and kind of cheap put together. Still is working but would have proffered something a bit more robust and thicker. The usb connection is make out of a cheaper plastic and the wiring is very thin, be careful when using it as you could damage it
