Thin material u can hold up to the light and see through this, the smell was like old fashioned stink bombs and the fur malted to much

It arrived soft and fluffy then I washed it as I would other plush throws at 30,except this turned out as if it has been washed up dead,with less fluff, im very gutted its a waste of money including the electricity and soaps used on it ,Should I perhaps brush it out?Is rather not ...
