The fit and feel of these socks are great!

These are super comfortable. They do not slide down and the toes dont ball up. There is padding and a bit of a compression effect which I like. They are comfortable for long term wear and they breathe well so I don’t sweat a ton. I have to get more of these!

Our kids are rough on socks. I am not sure how they make holes so easily, but their skill level at destroying socks is high. These are comfortable and fit well. Best of all, they have held up pretty well under the abuse of teenage boys. Not perfect, but pretty good.

I first tried the no show version of this brand's socks and came away satisfied with the fit and comfort, and went to give these a try. Same positive experience here.I had been using no show for all of my athletic endeavors, but didn't realize how much a low cut (over the ankle) was beneficial for running and hiking on trails to reduce rubbing and hold off the dirt.Glad I tried these, the fit and comfort is nice and the hug on the foot is good. Would order again.

You know how boys go through socks like crazy and put holes in them. Well, so far these are holding up. I won't be mad when I finally find a hole though because that is the mysterious way of a boys giant foot. My son says these are very comfortable and his favorite socks. He is 11 and wears a men's size 9.5 in shoes. He hates the way most socks feel on his foot so these are a win for me! His only complaint is that I didnt order more than 3. Wish it was a bigger pack!

My husband wears these socks. He's always getting tears in the heels as he pulls on his socks from the back, and they ultimately give way and break. He also tends to get holes in the foot pad area below the toes. He's really tough on socks somehow.For these, they are very thick while also being soft and breathable. The rim at the ankle feels well sewn and tough - so far no stretching or tearing while he's pulling his socks on. The hug his feet and are really comfortable even worn with shoes. So far he really likes these and we'll like order more so he can have a few more pair. They seem slightly more expensive than the bulk packs you can buy, but these definitely seem thicker and higher quality, like they will last longer.

These running socks are great for physical activity that calls for much impact on the heel and front of the foot. These socks need to strike a balance between adequate cushioning and not making the foot too warm, and so the thickness of the padding and type of fabric used needs to be appropriate.I would say that the manufacturer of this sock has done relatively well to strike this balance, with my personal preference being more padding rather than less padding. I would personally prefer for such running, cushioned socks to err on the side of being thick and perhaps making my foot sweaty, rather than thin padding. Sweat on the foot can be washed away but the impact to your joints is hardly an easy repair.The best part about the sock is that it is dark in color, so keeping warm in winter would be easier than with a light colored sock.Overall, even though I did not rate it the full five stars because the padding could be thicker, I still do recommend it.
