Good motivational book to stay focused

Hey there,If I was asked the single most productive thing that I did this year I'd say reading this book.Cal not only caters almost every argument for why you need to implement deep work in your life but also offers very practical steps and in specific details with examples of how you can do it. I'd recommend to people looking forward to improve their ability to focus and go deep.Overall worth reading.

Overall the book is good in medium..One thing the problem is to much explanation makes feel the reader more bore..Even the simplest one explanation more and more..Those who have time to read are ok but those who are limited time better not to read but atleast to know how to work without distraction & how to work with full focus mode..Thanks all

I am 16 years old and I am now reading 171st page , the stories are amazing and relatable to our lives . But one problem which I face is there is too much of hard english words which I have to search in google for almost each sentence.Overall it's a fantastic self help book for teenagers who are distracted a lot !!

I would describe this book as life changing book. My work habits (Professional & Personal) all started to change after reading this book. It is really astonishing to think that how our mind is a greatest treasure we have and how it can be used as a focussed machine to achieve what we desire.

I really enjoyed this book. The basic premise and how it’s supported, along with practical steps, make a ton of sense. My only question is how to apply it to my work. I’m not a writer or creator of any kind. I lead teams, so a huge part of my role is communicating, supporting, making decisions, etc. A lot of that doesn’t seem to fit with this model, so I’m left wondering what to do with it. Anyway, well worth a read, especially if you are primarily writing/creating in some way.
