The suction is okay. A battery vacuum is never going to provide amazing suction. That being said, it is still the best vacuum I've ever owned (and I've owned a lot). The extra handle in the middle makes doing stairs quick and easy. And it's always ready to go. Perfect for touch ups or quick cleaning and great on bare floors. Once a month I vacuum the carpet with a corded vac with more suction. The rest of the time, I use this one. Easy, lightweight, perfect.

beautiful to look at, thoughtfully designed, easy-to-use, reasonably quiet, and works like a dream! The engineer, I think, would founded this company has reason to be proud!

This is my second GTech vacuum. My first GTech would have lasted much longer had a grandchild not borrowed it. These vacuums are well made, have a powerful pickup and are lightweight so doesn't hurt my back to use them. It cleans under my beds easily and whoops up dust in the corners. Needless to say, I'll say get your own vacuum next time he wants to borrow mine!

I bought this vacuum for my elderly mother with dementia because of Its simplicity. It works great for her small apartment. The only two issues I have with this vacuum are: 1. The vacuum has a little resistance when pulling backwards because of its suction (I'm thinking a self-propel would help but would probably increase the weight). For an elderly customer, this may tire him/her out easily when vacuuming carpet; and 2. The vacuum does not appear to be completely sealed. I can smell the dust when I vacuum....not like the Shark's complete seal that I'm accustomed to. All in all it's a good vacuum--easy to operate and no worries about tripping over a cord. The vacuum came with an adapter to use with U.S. electrical outlets. I did not have to specify this when ordering.

The product will be awesome if I can get a US charging cord. If it is shipped to the US why do I have UK charging cord?

This is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever had! When I was visiting my sister in England she had one and loved it.As soon as I got back to California I ordered one. It came within a week from the UK. There is a conversion plug as it's got a UK plug on it but it charges and works great. Very lightweight, works on hardwood, tile and carpet without changing any settings. Would highly recommend.

This is my second GTECH, I gave my last one to my sister and it is still going strong after 8 years! Tried a different brand and went back to GTECH. Very lightweight and easy to use on all floor types.

Everything is as good as advertised

This vacuum is straightforward to assemble and very easy to use, being lightweight and manoeuvrable. The dust collector is easily removed and emptied. The fully charged battery gives a more than adequate run time, cleaning our whole house about 4 times between charges. Full recharge takes around 4 hours.

This vacuum cleaner is a joy to use. It is the k9 part that I needed and when I first used it I was amazed at the amount it picked up. There is no doubt my carpets are cleaner. It is light weight and stands up on its own. Suction doesn't lift your carpets up but is really good. Excellent value for money.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever had in my 61 years it’s light and never fails to pick up it’s unbelievable I love it so much . I’ve got one in all my 2 holiday homes and now in my villa in Dubai.

Depuis environs 10 années nous utilisions le premier Air Ram modèle sans le moindre problème déjà très satisfaisant, particulièrement efficace quand il fallait aspirer les poîles de notre Labrador. Seule faiblesse, pas très satisfaisant pour ramasser des choses plus gros que la poussière. Le Mk 2 s'avère encore mieux! Durée de travail entre charges 4 heures, moins bruyant et beaucoup plus efficace. Les objets taille petit pois sans problème. Fourrure d'animaux disparaît encore plus vite, moins bruyant, aspire sans réglage aussi bien moquette et parquet. Gros amélioration pour le facilité et contenu des matières aspiré et du filtre. Il est difficile de trouver de quoi critiquer.
