So far its working well! I'm multiracial (Native American, Polynesian, European, Asian, and Black) and tan brown skin, and this is starting to work fast on my melasma! I've bought so many products over the years that ranged to $300 a product and it still didn't work on my skin like this DR. Melaxin Tranexamix creme does. I also tried the natural scrubs and it didn't work as well. My skin is beginning to look spot free and its working on the stubborn spots. Since I have sensitive skin, I haven't had an allergic reaction, nor did my face turn red. I have only used this product for less than a week (5 days) and I already see the results. I use this 2x a day, once in the day time and once when I go to sleep. I also make pea sizedþ drops to place on my skin. I plan to buy more in the future because so far its a good product! Thank you

This cream really works

I’ve been using this DR. Melaxin for about 3 weeks and I’ve already a great change in my dark spots. Especially on my face and elbows, where they were the darkest, they’ve lightened up a lot and my skin looks more even. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something effective for spots without complications. Totally worth it!

It’s been 6 months exactly since I’ve started usually this religiously every night. I haven’t seen any difference in my freckles or sunspots lessening. It’s a bit sticky as well after applying. I will continue using it until I run out. I’m almost halfway through the tube. Will report back. Another 3.5 months in. Still the same. Didn’t do anything for me.

I saw a picture of a review before I bought it with someone stating that pimples came out after applying it. I bought any way and here is a picture of my forehead. Pimples like a teenager. I don’t know if products works for melasma, but I won’t be using it anymore to find out.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m only on my first tube and my skin has evened out wonderfully within about 2-3 weeks. I am a Melanated woman on my 40s from the Caribbean and I noticed improvement within the first week. Skin is smooth and more even and the texture improved to a youthful glow. I definitely don’t look my age.
