If you have gone through a number of pillows as they are not lasting very long, this may be it. It is nice and soft. It is made out of shredded foam and it holds it shape and form. The pillow is has 2 separate cases. The inner pillow case holds the foam and the outer pillow case is the double sided, soft bamboo and cooling. Material is of high quality. Zipper is of high quality. Thickness was fine as is for me but it did come with a small bag of extra foam. I slept very well with this pillow. The cooling side is awesome. This does come in a pack of 2 and it is actually larger than most queen pillows I’ve owned in the past.

My previous pillows have been cotton and a thick memory foam type/style. I’ve never tried these removable adjustable shredded insert pillows before.The cooling effect is pretty neat it’s the same technology as those cooling bed sheets/blankets. The pillow case itself is soft and comfortable. The zippers are pretty decent and not flimsy.I let the pillows breathe for a couple days. They have no weird odor and fluffed up perfectly. I didn’t need to add any more memory foam. It’s firm enough to not go completely flat while you sleep and great for back and side sleepers.

Memory foam pillows have been around for a while and are generally good. This pillow, however, takes it a step further. As a dedicated side sleeper, I bought my first "chipped" memory foam pillow 2 years ago, and swore I'd never go back. I decided to try these so I could have extra, and I'm pleased.They come vacuumed sealed, so need time to fluff out, and expect some smell from them, but that's normal and they air out quick. They are not super filled, but do come with some extra foam if you'd like them more solid. The case they comes with is GREAT. It is actually cooling, which I like, though put a pillow case on it quick as it does pill fast and attract any bit of lint of fuzz around.I provided a pic comparing the height to my original, overstuffed and VERY firm pillow (pictured in the case), so you can see how much it's filled. Also pictured is the extra bag of fill provided. They do provide a bag of fill for each pillow, which was nice! I can definitely see these pillows being good for back, or even stomach sleepers if you don't put additional fill in them, or for those people that like to fold or ball up their pillows. Very versatile and comfortable.

I used to enjoy memory foam pillows for a long time but it had caused some problems to me such as heat retention and too firm to my neck. This pillow is really a game changer!Pros:1. The pillow is nice, did not sleep on it, so cannot tell you about that. I have had it for 14 days. The whole time I spent airing out the pillow, and it still has a chemical smell there fore I am returning it.

I typically sleep on my side and I have issues with both my shoulders, I have been looking for a new pillow for the last year without success. I am a big guy and it fits perfectly to the contour of my neck and shoulders, it's very comfortable and remains cool in the warm environment and keeps it shape for at least two nights. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the best pillow for me and to find one for less than $20 is just amazing.I put it into the dryer to return it to it's full form and although I didn't need it, it was nice that extra materials are included. I am very happy I have finally found the best pillow for me and I am very happy with it as well as the price.

I'm overjoyed with this set of shredded memory foam pillows. I was reluctant to try again after having a very bad experience with a pillow set from a different provider. But let me tell you, these pillows have gone above and beyond what I had anticipated at least to the point where I am writing this review. The Other pillow which I bought for relieving my neck pain has made it worse as it was hard and became harder with usage.These pillows' cooling mechanism is awesome.
