can this be painted over after with 2k primer and paint

I have had no problem with reaction from acrylic based paints. I suggest trying an area- One thing I can say ,, this is a superior rust cure, i have areas I applied 8 weeks on, rust is still stopped and blackened.. I’ve used two other brands..

Can you spray this on?

I suppose it could be if it’s mixed well enough. It’s quite runny, but there is a thin sedement that forms at the bottom of the bottle, this has to be mixed throughout before use. Use gloves when using as its a pain to get off your skin if it dries in. It’s good stuff, but shield any areas you don’t want treated. You might need two coats if the rust is heavy, try to take most off with a wire brush before coating. Hope this helps.

Hi I want to treat new bare steel with light surface rust it is 6.5msq how much product would I use on each of the 2 coats.
