This mirror is great. I too had an issue with the LED lights going out. Tried to get to the manufacturer (Haispu) no luck. Went through Amazon (out of the 30 day warranty/return w/Amazon) they connected me with the seller via email and because it was still in warranty with the seller, Planet-EC, they offered a full refund or a replacement. Of course the replacement was my preference. Love this mirror.

It looks fine and for most it’s probably fine but a number of things make this led mirror less than suitable for what I wanted. Powered by a wall bricked, I had planned to mount this on the wall with an electrical box behind it hoping I could hard wire or install a flat plugged cable like the led mirrors for my vanity. This mirror is powered by a 24v brick feeding a proprietary box so now I need to figure out a way to get power to it properly. The plan was to have a voice controlled outlet to turn it on and off but that’s also not possible as the default power state when plugging in is off. The unit is completely sealed with no way to access the leds. I saw other reviews about it failing and thought new worries if it does I can add my own WLED controlled strips and being just as good if not better of. From what I can see there is absolutely no way to access the strips if you need to do any repairs or replacements. Other LED mirrors I have purchased are an aluminum frame with a velcro attached back which gives you full access to fix or mod as you want. this provides none of that. hopefully it lasts but my hopes are not high. this is one of those items that you can just forget about returning. once it’s out of the box it’s yours

We finally decided to get a full length mirror for our room and it is well worth it! We got the 67 x 24 thinking it would be a good size and it is perfect. We actually got have gone a little smaller but it works fine for us. Since it is at an angle, you don't need to base it off your height! We love LED lights as it makes the mirror look even better! It is nice have three different sets of lights! The button to turn on the light is on the mirror which is fine, it would have been nice to have it on the side and not on the mirror. Overall, it is very easy to install and does not take up much space if you plan to use it on the floor. We love it!

This mirror is a great length, but I do wish I had purchased a taller option. After seeing a friend’s larger mirror, I realized it would have been worth spending a bit more for the bigger size. I do appreciate the lighting features. The mirror offers three different light settings, each of which can be dimmed or brightened. I prefer the warm setting, as it creates a relaxed, cozy vibe in my bedroom, and I sometimes even use it as a nightlight. To be honest, this felt like a bit of an impulse purchase during Black Friday, as I don’t use it very often—it’s mostly just sitting in my room. Perhaps if I hang it on the back of my door, it will be more useful. I’ve had it for a while now and it still works perfectly, so I have no complaints about its functionality. My only preference is the design: I find the rectangular shape a bit rigid, and I would have preferred rounded edges and a little more width. There are similar mirrors on Amazon that I like better.

Fantastic! I was sceptical at first but once I set it up I just fell in love, big is right and seems very strong, the different light levels and color warm/white is a great touch, I did think that the touch button would be annoying but but it's not that distracting, compaird to a cheap mirror theirs no distortion or warping dispite it's size it's crystal clear but bare in mind it is heavy so it might require 2 people but definitely worth every penny

No complaints about product. It’s packed nicely and looking great. Just little big for my room but it’s totally fine. Very important note for Delivery guy who left mirror outside without knowing anyone in the house when specially bell on the door. Anyone can take it if my camera didn’t show me the notification.
