I purchased this digital frame but the first unit didn’t power up. I requested a replacement and received a working one promptly—great service! The replacement works perfectly and meets expectations. Overall, a good digital frame. Thanks to both Amazon and the seller for the quick resolution.One suggestion for Frameo: please consider offering a battery-powered version. It would eliminate cord clutter and give users the freedom to place the frame anywhere, not just near a power outlet.

Very bad quality product. Touch screen is not working and unable to use this product on the very first day. Please don’t buy this product and get cheated

It's a Good product for the price. User friendly. Brightness is good. Only sound could be little louder. Otherwise it's worth for that price.

We have been thinking about this for a long time but always hesitated, but we are really happy that we bought this. It was easy to get started and upload pics. Since the pics keep rolling throughout the day we now see our pics often automatically. There are many good options to control how frequently the slide show should move forward, during what time the frame should be on, you can make different albums and can play all pics or only some albums. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Been using for over a year now, works great. Sometimes there will be connectivity issues with the app for transferring photos wirelessly, however after few attempts and restart it connected and able to transfer photos.Screen brightness and quality is adequate for indoors.Saves money and space over physical photo album.

Box damaged..product inside not working after connecting power....no user manual provided ....item looks used...return requested ....open box inspection only confirms that the product is in the box....only after receiving and trying to switch on i realised there is no manual provided with the product...and the product doesn't work.... Amazon is charging 99 rupees without refund just for opening the box and showing it to you at the time of delivery and the amount is not considered fo the refund...requested for the refund as item is not power on...refund requested on the same day if delivery 31jul26 today is 19Aug26 ...amount not refunded still ...looks like refund process at Amazon takes one month..Will update when actually receive the refund...UPDATE: refund issued on 20aug26 and another 5 days for it to reach my account

This is my first time purchasing a digital frame so I was not sure what to look for. This frame is easy to use, instructions are easy to follow to set it up. I like that you can send pictures to the from various source eg phone or computer. I really like that I can share it with friends who can send pics directly to it. The only thing I regret is that I did not get on with more storage space.

My mom (88) can do email. She has a flip phone. She doesn't text. She has no "smart" device we can easily send pics too other than attaching pics to emails. The app is easy to use (she does not have to do anything on the app). My sister and I can send new pics to her frame anytime we want. New memory at home... open the app... select the pic... send to her frame. Holiday party... open the app... select the pics... send to her frame. She is besides herself seeing new pics go on rotation. The resolution is great and the ease of dropping new pics to her is awesome. I did have to sign up for a "plus" account in order to create a backup of the frame. This also allows me to select unlimited pics in once session to upload. If you don't update to the frameo+ account you can only upload 10 pics at a time. Not a big deal. I just wanted the ability to backup/recover her frame just in case we have to replace it. My sister who uploads pics 10 at a time does not have to upgrade to the + account.. I only did that because I wanted a backup of the device. Bottom line... it's a brainless iPad that has a nice display and does a slidshow of pics. The app is what makes this unique in how easy it is for family members to upload pics to her frame. You can also add an "admin" account to the frame. This allows you to manage the pics and also manage who can send pics to the frame. Perfect gift.

I really love the Frameo. I have two in my house, we actually look at old pictures, instead of having them sit in a photo album to never be opened. It is super easy to upload photos. You do everything on the phone and with WiFi.They also make great gifts. I have gifted three.
