Nice skirt, but overpriced for what it is, fits well after putting it on over my head as the zipper is stuck and will not open

Ordered a medium, expecting it to be size 12, just about fit past my butt (not large) while zipped up. Strings help it stay nice and tight, but EDIT: the problem is the zipper, which has gotten stuck after just a few zips and unzips and I'm having a very not fun time trying to fix it as I edit this. If the zipper didn't have issues it would be 5 stars, but I'm deducting one for the borked zipper. EDIT 2: The zipper has broken off on one side and completely stuck in place on the other side, so I'm knocking this down to a 2 for the worst zipper I've ever encountered
