This is very good and does the job no complaints.

Right angled where it connects to the car meaning cable then points out of the glove box in my e-class. Fits but need to be careful not to trap cable when closing glove box. Hence why only 4 star

Awful!!!! Worked for 4 minutes and now it will not connect almost as if there is a loss connection.

This connector fits like a dream into the multimedia port of our Vito 2014 plate, we can USB our Apple and Android phones into the port using the charger cables - HOWEVER, the 'older' technology in our van means that the Multimedia Interface detects that we have a FULLY FUNCTIONING CONNECTOR but our devices aren't compatible. Having read into this further, and checking out online videos it seems that in the older models of entertainment system will only read multimedia data via one of these cables if the device is a hard drive (like an iPod). Trying to hook a smartphone up to the system using one of these cables only works as a charger. Explore options of bluetooth connectivity which should be an intergral part of a Benz entertinment system that features touchscreen technology.
