My massage therapist recommended it it does take some time for it to break in but it is helping my neck I have severe degenerative discs and it does make it feel better.

Great pillow. Really helped with neck pain that I was having. Pillow is a little firm, but it gives instructions on how to make the pillow firmer or softer. Happy with my purchase.

Bought this pillow hoping for better support for my cervical pain but 2 nights I slept on this pillow and each day after I had horrific migraines..I followed the sizing guide for the proper pillow for my size but it doesn't seem to have helped at all. I knew this pillow would be firm, but I expected a tiny bit of give, not a rock. If I can, I will be returning this pillow.

I dealt with neck, shoulder, and arm pain for months—pain that shot all the way down both arms. A doctor prescribed medication and therapy, but I didn’t use either. Instead, I realized I’d been sleeping with too many pillows. I bought this pillow, removed all the others, and from the very first night my pain disappeared completely. As a side sleeper, this pillow gives perfect support and alignment. Since switching to it, I’ve had zero pain—no neck pain, no shoulder pain, no nerve pain.

I’ve had 2 cervical surgeries with fusion and have hardware in my neck. I’ve tried every single other pillow and none have been at all helpful or comfortable enough to sleep through the night. I had one like this in the past but forgot about it due to having lost it at some point having moved a few times. I’m so glad it popped up as a recommended option during my search for a different type of product because I suddenly recalled it being the only one that had ever worked for me! On a side note, it has an unrealized added benefit! If you’re a side sleeper, the center indentation leaves space between your face and the pillow surface so it doesn’t smash against the face causing creases which can eventually form permanent wrinkles on the side you sleep on!
