My only dislike is that it didnt come with an english plug even though the picture is an english plug. But once i got an adapter its brilliant. I absolutely love the scooter itself. The lights are so good on it.

Not happy at all, my parcel arrived on 4bars of power, it’s now on 2bar, been on charge all night and is still on 2bar (not charging at all).Sorry but really bad for business.

I think I've had it long enough to give a review now,Reason for the 4 stars is simply because upon arrival and opening it ect its not even a UK plug luckily we have a plug adapter and plus we chosen the bag option which the bag didn't arrive but thankfully for customer service they got one sent out.I've noticed at the front end unsure where maybe around the light area that there's kind of a knocking sound when going over bumps ect its not every single bump but more like going over speed bumps and off curbs maybe is the bottom of the bolts banging down onto the light housing.Now the slight negatives are out the way lets do the positives imo your getting a lot for your money i've not been a escooter user for long maybe just other a year my first being a Commuter and did 25mph and cost around the same as this iscooter one and trust me in comparison between the two iscooter is far better in everyway and goes slightly faster, It looks better, The quality is better, The lights is better, Its a beast and crazy the fact it cost around the same as my last even though its a million times better hence why i say you get far more for your money its a good solid scooter and is a scooter pretty much everyone wants visually yes sure it only goes 28mph and is ok for most people its almost like iscooter wanted to spend more money on how it looks visually and the features i.e key ignition, indicators, horn and lights ect than on wanting it to go faster.I would defiantly recommend simply because as i mentioned your getting so much for your money and to be honest i regret getting my previous scooter this iscooter makes my other scooter look overpriced.

I remember when this sold for 400 I have the iscooter 3 i have had it 3 years now.. still can get no stem from them as they don't make them the yeat it broke got all my money back still have the scooter all works accept the stem 💯 someone I lent it roo us getting around am kn dual motors now but will never get rid of my ix5 as its a great scooter great range decent power ix5 not too bad at all

This scooter gets me to work in 7 minutes,when I walk to walk it's 20 minutes at a fast pace and I'm sweating when I get to work if I drive depending on traffic it could be 30 minutes heavy traffic I get fresh air in the morning not polluting the environment and an easy convenient way to get to work wearing the correct equipment and being courteous to to the community whilst riding the scooter
