After a run I usually soak my feet in Epson Salts so I tried this. I sprayed the oil onto the soles of my feet and massaged them for a few minutes. It was less time consuming than a soak and was more relaxing. I will use this in conjunction with my soaks as I am not fully convinced after 2 uses

bought this magnesium spray oil for my mum as shes having a tingling sensation in a feet and is unable to sleep at night despite taking medication. this magnesium oil has worked wonders. it comes as a spray bottle making it easy for application just spray onto the soles of your feet and massage for a few minutes. the oil is lightweight and doesn’t have a smell and gets absorbed into your skin easily. its great for soothing sore muscles as well as helping to relax and fall asleep. my mum has noticed a difference since using it so will continue use and see if it has a positive effect long term.

Liked how easy it seemed to use but didn't like how tacky it left your skin feeling, even the soles of your feet. Then you stick to the bed sheets. It made no difference to my sleep.

I like using magnesium oil to add to body creme or spray on my legs directly. It has no smell, sinks in and makes me feel more relaxed and helps falling asleep. Good value, cheaper than bigger brands.

I’ve used this oil spray a few times, it is fairly simple to use, a little over oily if you use too much. There is no nasty smell and once rubbed in, feels ok. I’m unsure of the magnesium benefits though, but I’ll keep trying it. It makes a nice foot massage oil.

A good product that is simple, lightweight, easy to use and apply and long lasting.
