Great for fussy cutting
I saw these on sale and thought I would give them a try. Where I do art collage and junk journaling I’m constantly using scissors. I do a lot of what they call fussy cutting. These are amazing. They are so sharp and you can truly make curves with them so tiny. They are perfect for what I do and a plus is they have two different springs that can be used for the grip. One is a little more pliable than the other you can choose, which one you prefer.

Very sharp and very pointed scissors.
These scissors come with a safety latch and a safety cap. These scissors are for adult use with precise work. I like them and also will give them as a gift to any adult that does detailed crafting. They look like they will last. The cutting blades are about 45mm or approx. 1.6 inches. The grip is good and not slippery and the spring is perfect.

Great scissors
These are some nice little fussy cutting scissors however I like my Cutter Bees better which seem to make a smoother cut. I compared three different Tim Holtz scissors because I had to do some heavy duty fussy cutting for my holiday cards this year. I started with my Cutter Bees which do an excellent job; however, the handles are so small and aren't comfortable with my arthritic hand. The 5" TH scissors are much more comfortable and the reason I was drawn to them for the big handles; they do get the job done. The 7" detail scissors are comfortable to use too but comparatively don't do as good a job as the 5" detail scissors. I also bought the small recoil scissors and I think they're my favorite but they don't do as good a job as the Cutter Bees, so I'll keep practicing with them because they're very comfortable to use. In summary, Cutter Bees are the best for fussy cutting but the handles are too small. I wish they'd make them with bigger handles. The 5" detail scissors are very good and very comfortable. To avoid the serration on the paper, turn them upside down so the serration will be on the part you're cutting out which goes for the 7" ones as well. The 7" detail scissors didn't work well for me for fussy cutting but are very comfortable. The small recoil scissors are fantastic but really not suitable for super intricate cutting, but like I said I'm going to keep practicing with them because maybe it's my technique.

Great scissors
I am a paper crafter and I find these scissors very easy to use. When cutting small images they are easy to manipulate around corners and are easy on your fingers. I am quite happy with them.

Design flaws
First, these are very sharp, easy to use, with a few good features scissors. The person who wrote about "thumb holes" is obviously not reviewing these as there are none. What I’m distressed about is how there is no way to keep both springs with the scissors. I put in one, and the other disappeared. I hope it will show up again, but there is nowhere on the scissors to keep the spare spring. Also, it is bad for springs to stay compressed for long periods, and the only way to hang these is for the blades to be locked as tightly as they can go. I like many things about these, but the design team still has work to do.

Tendinitis or Carpal Tunnel? Buy them
If your thumbs and fingers are suffering from tendinitis or carpal tunnel these definitely help with fussy cutting. Something about the spring action works really well, not tensing your thumbs so much so you can cut and create for longer periods of time. The scissors seem to cut sharply even for small things.
