I am giving this a five star as review as it has worked out great for me. I am an old guy of seventy two and recently had a knee replacement . With a knee replacement you need to exercise your knee but not put pressure on it. So I can use the electric to get me up the hills and pedal gently down the hills. It was not very difficult to put together, came with in a reasonable time and compared to other bikes was very affordable.The fact it folds up is huge benefit, although heavy so it helps me to take the battery out when loading into my pick up. So far customer service has been helpful, courteous and timely. I am not a avid bike rider so cant speak to the mechanics of the unit. To me it seems to operate just fine. Gears are smooth in transition and breaks work fine. You can adjust the seat and the handle bars easily. I have only had it a few weeks so I don't know how it holds up in the long run but nothing about it seems cheap but I do think the wear of constantly folding and unfolding it will undoubtedly be harder on it than bikes that do not have that feature. The user manual is well written and not some two page instructions in poor English. I have had much pleasure being able to get outside into the fresh air and rehab my knee at the same time.MF

Received in late May have ridden it non stop as it is my only transport around townIt is very powerful, steady riding and I love that it folds. Since I had it I have rode probably over 100 miles and it is very reliable with the amount of battery life it has. I get around 15 miles on level 3 without pedaling and I have rode all around my city (maybe 30 miles) on level 2 with a little bit left overI enjoy riding this bike very much

There's a lot to like about this bike (that others have already mentioned), so I'm going to focus on the negatives. First, the type of battery in this bike seems relatively rare and expensive. The lowest price I've found is $270 for the whole unit, and if you were to disassemble it to replace the actual battery inside, I can't find any that include cables on both the top and bottom as required hereMore importantly, I wish I knew how limiting the lack of gears is—the 7 gears only lets me comfortably get to around 10 mph. So, if you want to go faster, peddling is pointless. A bigger problem is how aggressive the throttle and peddle assist are: at the lowest setting, a light touch will send it lurching forward and almost feels unsafe at low speeds, although I may get used to it over timeLastly, mine had some bad chain and brake rubbing that needed to be fixed. Be aware that it may require tuning out-of-box, although the overall build quality is excellent for the price

I got the C-20 Black, and it's a good looking bike. Easy assembly. Although, it's like 70lbs and I live up a flight of stairs, I thought it was easy to hold and carry. I'm 5'8 and I can sit comfortably with my feet to the ground with the seat near the lowest. I'm probably the minimum height, if that helps. I weigh 160lbs and was able to really float on this bike. The motor did well uphill. It's a lot of fun, and I found myself pedaling with no power in certain situations just because. Handles well.My dislikes? There's a slight delay when I twist the throttle before the motor kicks in. Perhaps that's normal with electric bikes? I'm not sure. It's my first e-bike after all. I did get used to used to it, and for me, it's nothing to take a star away from the rating.I think VARUN makes good bikes, and perhaps we'll see more reviews on places like YouTube. They deserve it.

Having used it for over a month now, my evaluation is largely positive. The product has demonstrated smooth operation under various conditions, including when my son and I use it simultaneously. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into its capabilities and potential areas for improvement.

I originally bought the 26 inch city cruiser for myself to keep up with grandkids on bike rides, I am having a blast!So for their Birthday I just bought them each a 20 mini folding cruiser, they went together very smoothly, one was missing tail light, trying to get that replaced, and now one of the batteries will not take a charge.The ACTUAL VARUN store will not help with anything as this was purchased from one of their vendors and they say they need to handle that. It has been difficult to try to contact EBICYCLE that sells this product, I reached out to Amazon today, they will try to contact seller to see if they will resolve this issue.I will wait and see then go back to my review. Bikes were delivered June 7th put together on June 10th, as of June 13th one batter will not charge...Customer service has reached out to me, and we are working on the issues.
