Q: I just received one of these and it has a bump in the middle from side to side. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have the 5 inch wedge. Did you let it sit in a well ventilated area for 24-72 hours before attempting to put it under your mattress? If it still has a bump, and it is significant, then I'd return it.

Q: Is the King size one piece?

I bought a queen, and it is one piece. Product needs a couple of days of filling out and plumping up before you use it

I got mine tightly wrapped and folded in half. I suspect that yours is still folded over. It is full length and width for the size you ordered
