Easy install, works as intended for my FPS games!
So the entire install took about 20 minutes, and honestly was simple as cake! I've used these before on the PS4 controllers, and this install was nowhere as difficult as that. It's been a few months as well and everything is still working as it should, highly recommend!

Defective
This is the 2nd i buy with hair triggers.1st one worked like a charm but the 2nd one never got the paddles to work .. the light flashes to map the buttons etc but paddles dont work. Sucks i think the board must be devective .... after opening the controller a dozen of time evrething is in place.. kinda bummed

Scary but worked!
This mod is a little daunting. Follow everything they tell you and everything will work fine. I have never taken a controller apart before and nothing broke, everything went back together just fine.The install took about an hour (little more) but mostly because I was double checking every move I made so that nothing broke. It would have been nice if there was a QR code for the install video, but it is easily found with a quick search. As long as you are careful and don’t move ahead of the guided steps you should be fine.I’ve also never had back paddles on my controller. There is a bit of a learning curve but these extra paddles really do seem to help a lot. They are VERY touchy, you have to position your hands in a way that makes pressing them very deliberate. I tend to rest my middle fingers on the “bottom” of the mapping housing to prevent accidental button presses.
