Dependable product. You may start with 1 gel caps but find you need to increase to 2 if you are dehydrated. Very effective. Does not interfere with lab tests.

For someone who can't have red dye. These are a must. Very effective. Have to get a doctor prescription just to have theses ordered to pharmacy so this is a blessing. Thank you Amazon

Been softening the stools at my local bar and they're finally comfortable. Rub a capsule on each one in the morning til you hear a squish.
