These are more like the napkins you would have in a bathroom at a fancy event but they were great for bbq dinner as well.

These unfold to a a generous lap-covering dimension. As a klutz, I appreciate that. However,I got them in the hope of using them as hand towels. I've tried out similar, thicker brands. These are not as absorbent, but they more than do the job. They also seem difficult to tear.However $18 for a fifty pack seems quite high, since I've gotten similar at half that price. Albeit in a larger quantity.Still, I recommend them, especially if you don't want to store bulk items or there is a color offered here that suits you.

Love the feel of these napkins! Absorbency is great and they do feel like a soft linen. Perfect for large parties.
