Good sound and battery backup

Thought it would be a good product based in thinking that ptron is well known online brand. Major reason for buying neckband was that the mic should remain close to my mouth so the person on other end can hear me clearly. But honestly it doesn't gets the work done. Mic muh k pas pakad k baithna padta hai. Low price got me what I deserved. ✌️

Very bad quality. After working for 2 months, it stopped working.No support from Amazon or ptron.Amazon is only selling at the time of warranty they ask you to raise your complaint to ptron.While making complaint to ptron their web shows error
