I recently purchased the 6-Pack 3897A / 3712 Rotating Steam Mop Pads as replacements for my Bissell SpinWave SmartSteam Scrubbing Steam Mop 3897A, and I'm very pleased with them! Initially, I noticed they seem a slight bit larger than the original Bissell pads, but this hasn't caused any issues at all. In fact, they work just as effectively as the originals. They attach easily, rotate smoothly, and clean my floors beautifully. Pros: Excellent Cleaning Performance: These pads clean just as well as the original Bissell pads. Good Value: The 6-pack offers great value for the price. Easy to Attach: They fit onto the mop head without any problems. Durable: They seem well-made and hold up well to repeated washing. Cons: Slightly Larger Size: They are a bit larger than the original pads, but this doesn't affect performance. Overall, I recommend these replacement pads! They are a fantastic alternative to the Bissell brand pads and provide good cleaning results. The slightly larger size is a non-issue. I'm very happy with my purchase!

These extra steamer pads for my Bissell steam mop work perfectly! If they are dirty after use, I spray some oxy clean spray and Shout ( it out!) and throw them in the wash and they come out perfectly clean ! They are simple to apply and remove and clean the floor with ease using the steamer. Great value for the money and very durable! Ease in ordering ( thank you Amazon) and perfect delivery!!! ( thank you dedicated drivers)

These worked out really well on my SpinWave and they washed great in the washing machine. Just a couple of these isn't enough to do my duplex kitchen and hall - these were perfect for my cleaning.

These rotating mop heads do not fit the Shark product. They fit the Bissell Spinwave Smartsteam. These pads are larger than the ones that fit the shark. Overall the pads (mop heads) are great. There are 6 in a pack. Each pad has a plastic mounting piece that snaps into place on the bottom of the rotating mop. One of those plastic pieces was off center of the pad causing the pad to oscillate rather than spin in a circle. Be sure and check they are centered on the pad. It’s was missed by QC. Overall great product. I returned that pad and they sent me 6 new at no charge

Fit well and performed as good as the original factory pads. I alternate them with another set as I use them.

I cleaned 2 rooms and had to change pads because pads were dirty. I didn’t realize I was spreading dirt with dirty pads. I had to order more pads. I think I read that pads were washable. Easy to remove and replace. Pads did a great job.

Stop…. Read update. I’m over kill when cleaning the floors. Vacuum, mop, and then steam. The weight and maneuverability is easy on the back. The floors seem to be a little bit more cleaner after using this steam mop. The wife says that she can definitely smell the difference after I’ve used it. I’m very pleased with the machine and would definitely recommend getting one. UPDATE: May 16, 2026 Machine died. Damn thing was running fine. Then all of a sudden it locked up. Thought it might just need to cool down, nope. Waited a couple of hours a still wouldn’t get back to spinning. Oh well. I went back to an OCedar mop and bucket with better results.
