I ordered this for my mother who is unfortunately aging at a fast rate. Since she lives on a fixed income, she can't afford an attorney.Since I will be her POA, I wanted all her ducks in a row. I ordered this paperwork so we can fill it out. I will fill out most of it but I will leave the part appointing me as POA blank and let her fill it out in private just in case she decides to make the dog her POA instead of me. (That was a joke but that is a private affair and I didn't want her to feel pressure from me to make me POA).I took a look at the paperwork and it seems straightforward and easy to follow.I am very pleased I ordered for this her and definitely recommend. At the price point, I am going to see if they offer other paperwork that might come in handy.
