This works very well. I'm happy with it. It enabled an old PC to be connected to a modern TV to use for streaming, browsing the internet, and anything else I may want to use it for. The only 2 outputs on the video card are Display Port, and DVI, so I couldn't connect it to the TV without some kind of adapter. This gets the job done. Video out is bright and clear. The sound is very good. $8 or $10 to turn an old PC into a streaming box is better than spending whatever the "cable cutter" box from Walmart costs.

I picked up this JSAUX 4K DisplayPort to HDMI cable to connect my laptop to a TV across the room, and overall it delivers exactly what I needed. The 10 ft length gives me plenty of reach without awkward stretching, and the nylon braided exterior feels durable and well-made. It supports up to 4K @ 30 Hz and higher refresh rates at lower resolutions, which is perfect for streaming videos and casual use on a bigger screen. Setup was plug-and-play with both my Lenovo laptop and a Dell desktop, and picture quality has been crisp and stable with no obvious signal issues—audio and video stay synced nicely. The one caveat is that this is a uni-directional cable (DisplayPort → HDMI only), so it won’t work if you try to go HDMI → DisplayPort; keep that in mind when ordering.

Works just great

The cable is high-quality, not a cheap one. I connect the Lenovo dock (DisplayPort) and the ASUS monitor (HDMI port) with the cable. It works perfectly fine.
