Edgemaker Sharpener
I have been using the Edgemaker for at least 12 years. It is fantastic. It sharpens fast and easy. When I filet a mess of pan fish and after about 15-20 fish I can return the sharp edge to my filet knife in 10 seconds. I sharpen friends and neighbors kitchen knives frequently. When on fishing trips my sharpener travels. I like to purchase complete loins of New York strip and cutting the loin into 3/4 inch steaks is effortless. I swear by this product, it is the best. Co Baby PS The only reason I replace the Edgemaker is that I give them away to astonished friends or lose em.

Have used this sharpener for over twenty years
Absolutely love this sharpener. Will bring life back to the dullest knife. Easy to use. Have used them for over 20 years. They also will sharpen scissors and serrated knifes. Well made. Love this product

Great product, Great Price!
My husband and I found this knife sharpener at a "Sporting Show" many years ago, and purchased it after watching the demonstration. I have used the same one now for at least 20 years! My daughter wanted a "knife sharpener" for Christmas, so I looked it up online and ordered one very similar to mine. She and her fiance LOVE it! They sharpened all of their knives in minutes! Keep up the good work and I will tell everyone about your product!

Not big but would be tough to carry in front pocket.
Works good. Just as good as other sharpeners I have but this one is easier to use. Good for field. It's really two sharpening but her rods angled together.

This Will Make Your Knives Razor-Sharp!
A friend of mine has one of these - the orange one. I was so impressed by how sharp it made his knives that I had to get one myself. I went with the Sportsman (black) model, as I did not need a honing steel since I already have one. Let me tell you, this thing gets even your dullest knives razor-sharp! I have old Buck knives, a Spyderco knife, Japanese filet knife, 2 Dexter-Russell Sani-Safe knives (an 8" chef and a 6" filet), and a Chicago Cutlery Santoku knife. They have all been sharpened to an absolute razor sharpness. It's too bad Amazon does not sell the Edgemaker Model 1000, which sharpens, hones, and polishes! I would have bought that in a heartbeat. However, if you need just a simple tool to sharpen your utensils, this one is good enough. Oh, it's also made in the USA!!!

Knife sharpener
I love this knife sharpener. I discovered it and use it for my fillet knives for fishing. Now it has become a household sharpener that you can sharpen everything with including scissors just follow the simple instructions.
