I have been using this product since last 8 months. It was good. But my last received product is not at all tasty. It is very powdery. Not at all chocolaty. What do i do now?I just noticed. Its taste changed because company changed the product ingredient. Now it has fermented yeast protein.I dont like it at all.

On the third day, while drinking the protein shake, I noticed some unusual tiny particles in the drink. Initially, I assumed they were simply particles from the milk, such as the thin layer that can sometimes form on milk.However, during another sip, I felt something unusual under my teeth. I removed the particle and examined it closely. It appeared to be a small piece of plastic or plastic-like material. When I continued checking the shake, I found multiple additional tiny particles, which appeared to resemble fragments of a plastic cover or packaging material.This is extremely concerning.I did not purchase a protein supplement to receive a product containing what appears to be foreign plastic particles. This is not about the quantity of the product, a discount, or whether I received a bargain. When a consumer purchases a branded nutritional product, they have every right to expect that the product has been manufactured, packaged, and quality-checked to an appropriate standard of safety.I am an orthopedic surgeon, and I understand the importance of product safety and the potential consequences when foreign materials enter products intended for human consumption. If these particles are indeed plastic, I am deeply concerned about how they entered the product and how such contamination could have passed quality-control checks.I want Fuel One to answer the following:1. How could foreign plastic-like particles have entered the protein powder?2. What quality-control procedures are followed during manufacturing and packaging?3. Has this particular batch been tested for foreign-material contamination?4. Is there any possibility that other units from the same batch are affected?5. What investigation will you conduct regarding this complaint?6. What action will you take to ensure this does not happen to other consumers?I have retained the product and the remaining powder rather than disposing of it, and I am prepared to provide photographs/videos, the batch number, manufacturing details, purchase information, and the suspected particles/product sample for investigation.I strongly request that this matter be treated as a product-safety complaint, not simply as a routine customer-service issue.I am extremely disappointed. I purchase fuel One Max whey protein chocolate flavoured 1 kg and I consume the full pack by now I am consuming at from like to months approximately and everything is fine just in the starting days when I started it first time for the first two three days one time I tried to drink it with milk it is really bad with milk you know I don't think if it was only with me or I don't know what is it but then I couldn't consumer this with milk then adjusted it with water because I never consumed protein before so I had gag reflex 1 ,2 times after that like 2, 3 days it was fine and tested good and I am consuming it for like almost 2 month now just go for it it's the best in this price range
