Just the right size!
This spatula is just what I was looking for-something to spread butter, peanut butter and jams with. From the description, it was a little difficult to know exactly what the dimensions were so I've added a picture to display how it fits your hand and another with the dimensions. Quality manufacturing.

Width of it's 'Blade' or 'Head'
Spatula's 'Blade' Width: .75 inches[about 19 mm]. About 8 inches in overall length, with the 'blade' about 4 inches in length of that.

Good quality
Nice small sturdy icing spatula. This is the standard size I believe. Had one a while back and it got left at a wedding. Comes in handy for smaller cakes and cupcakes.

Good product but I needed a longer one, My Bad.
Should have ordered one a little longer, works great for jam and jelly jars mayo not so much. But works great for spreading butter and jams.

A basic utensil needed in every kitchen.
I lost a bunch of my kitchen tools and gadgets in a move this year. My spatulas were in that group. I thought that I'd have no problem finding replacements in a local store. I was SO wrong. I couldn't find one of these or the flat 6" ones anywhere. So, I ordered this. For all my years of life, one of these has been in my kitchen. I am really happy that I got this as a replacement. It has a good weight and feel with the appropriate balance of stiffness to flexibility. I'll use a knife from my tableware set often enough. But there are times when this is the one thing that you REALLY need for spreading. Y'know, this is one of the simplest things and yet I can't express how comforting it is to have it ready in my drawer. I realize that this may seem silly to some. So, partly for me it is historical precedent and the other part is having the kitchen properly stocked with the tools you need. The only downside is that the wood stain will run if you leave it to get wet or soaked in the sink after use. Either apply some protective coat or wait for the stain to be slowly washed out over time. It still gets 5 stars from me.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do
I love this spatula for frosting cakes. I had another just like it but the handle got damaged so I replaced it. It is exactly what I need for the task.

Why did it take me so long to find this?
I searched for this type of spatula for years--I had one from long ago, but wanted another and local stores no longer carried it. For some reason, all I initially found on Amazon were other types and sizes of spatula and they didn't work for my purposes. I use this one all the time for leveling off dry ingredients, stirring sourdough starter after feeding, and a myriad of other things.

Perfect tool for decorating those little spaces on cakes,

My last 2 of these have lasted almost 25 years. The blades are still working, if a bit thin, but the handles are a bit shabby on the old ones now. That's the only reason I'm changing them. Without a doubt these have had the most use out of any of my knives/spatulas. I can't recommend them enough.
