Brass valve
Good quality brass valve. I used it for a sprinkler water supply after my previous valve froze & busted. It has no sheerness whatever that is. Lol

Having a ball (valve).
Solidly built and seems to seal perfectly. The ball is tight in its seal but the long handle provides plenty of leverage to open and close it. I had used cheaper PVC ball valves but the plastic handles on those were easily broken. I expect this to last a really long time and be well worth the extra money.

Works good. After one summer, the handle does stick a little.

Replacement valve
I ordered it to replace a pvc valve to all brass piping and it works great. The price was very reasonable as the big box stores was three to four times the price. Shipping date was as promised.

Great quality, well made and leak free valve.
This valve is very well made with nice quality brass and good quality threads. Just wrap the ends you are fastening into it with thread tape, tighten well and you will have a great plumbing connection and handy valve for years to come.

Easy to obtain a full flow when you switch to one of these.
Use several of these each year, and really love them. For example, I have about a 50 gallon rain collection barrel for use watering my garden. The barrel came with a tiny, two-turn faucet that trickled water from the barrel. So, I replaced that with one of these quarter-turn, wide open faucets. The time saved fulling my watering can faster is worth far more then the cost to switch to this valve!
