Perfect
This is the third suspension I've had for my carbon hardhat and this is the first with the strap. It's comfortable and they last a long time. The first one lasted about 3 years and I had to replace it because the sweat band started deforming from sitting in the car in the middle of Arizona summer. Instead of just ordering me sweatband I just ordered a whole new suspension and then recently I had to get the one with the chin strap.
