After posting my review about the temp gage screen quitting after a few days, I was using the shower head to clean wax off my table runner and the handheld shower accessory literally exploded. The insert under the metal surround broke and sprayed 160 degree water all over my face, arms, and hands. Didn’t see anywhere in the manual about a max temperature

I purchased this shower panel in January, I installed it in February and the lights are already gone, regret every moment purchasing it, which I could get my money back

UPDATE: May 28, 2022.I give my service dog a bath once a month and while just giving him a bath, the shower massager hose broke right next to the actual shower massager and water was spraying all over the place.Now I have to try and find a good shower massager hose that will fit and won't break when using it since I only use the shower massager once a month when giving my service dog a bath.I had a different one of these and saw there was something new for this one so that is why I got it.If you installed it at the regular height, only a infant would be able to shower under it!Well, this one had to be installed even higher than the other one because the top piece is lower than on the other one.I'm 6'5" so in order to stand under the rain/waterfall section, I had to raise it so high that the actual faucet part is 3'6" off of the tub bottom. A small child could shower under the faucet section.The old one had a sprayer hose like on a sink and this one doesn't.The showerhead is better than the old one and because it's so high up on the wall, it's the right height for me just sitting in it's holder.There is only 1 spray section on the wall where the old one had 2 spray sections so you got your chest and lower body at the same time.The water pressure isn't that great.The waterfall and the body spray sections both suck.If you could use the rainfall and body spray sections at the same time, I would like it much better.I should of just left my old shower in place because I also had to retile the wall to cover up all the poor workmanship the slumlord that used to own this house did to the wall.Not worth the money or the hassle properly installing it and covering up all the old plumbing area.

Installation was a little tricky and I had to have it professionally installed but it works great and I absolutely love all the features and functions. It looks absolutely stunning too

The temperature control works pretty well and once installed it's pretty decent. There's a lot of work involved and the installation was difficult and the instructions for a little difficult to understand. It's nice to have all the spouts and LED system with the temperature control. I'm not that handy so I probably should have had a professional install it.
