We have two very furry dogs and live in a very dusty area, so I wanted a steam cleaner to help me get dog slobber off walls, dust off of baseboards, clean grout and to disinfect areas where the dogs lie down the most. Setting the machine up was very easy, you just pour water in, then wait a few minutes, and you’re good to go. It has a long cable and moves along the floor. I usually have to use serious elbow grease to clean parts of the home, but this machine obliterated dirt in minutes without scrubbing on my part. It also got rid of all the dust on baseboards - I just had to wipe the water off. It’s extremely versatile due to the various attachments, and just the right size so you can clean a large area without refilling. I disinfected all my floors and various crevices of the home, including windows! Very happy with the purchase!

It comes with various attachments and helps remove built up grease and grime. I’m glad I finally found something that doesn’t use harsh chemicals! Just add water to the tank, no cleaning solutions needed! The key is to be patient and keep steaming for a while until the grease loosens. It won’t remove old, set-in stains, but you can definitely feel that the surface is clean. It has a wheel and pretty long cord so it’s easy to move around. So far it’s good

Love this steam cleaner. Read reviews and I bought one. I am cleaning my parent’s house and this steam cleaner has many attachments to clean walls, floors and windows. Be sure to use distilled water. I also purchased the carrying case to hold all the attachments. Watch videos on how to use. Highly recommend.

Dupray neat + What is better on the Neat+: 1600w more power, better funnel, can put more water in while in use, heats up in less that 2 min and continuously works. Although after 45-min of continuous use the 50psi weakens. PROS: -Heats up fast. Less that 2 min. -Works continuously till water is low. -Can add water anytime and continue using. -Light weight and compact -cleans great as a general steam cleaner on floors, toilets, mirrors, windows, steam bacteria out of area rugs, etc & dries fast -Pinch grips on floor tool can use any microfiber towel. Could even use old floor mop pads. CONS: -must leave steam on very dirty or greasy service a long time for it to soften. I used a scrubber with steam scrubber same time on grout on my hand and knees. -Needs better tools. Should come with 2” narrow strong grout brush. Brushed deteriorate fast. Wire round brush worked well on oven racks with A LOT of scrubbing. Extra pads, bonnets, brushes kit $79 If you have very dirty surfaces and want it cleaned faster I would suggest the Dupray Tosca 316 degrees, 72.5 psi.

Yes I am satisfied with this steamer, it heats up fast and has good attachments for all types of areas. It works very well and lasts for a considerable time on one fill. I recommend this unit if you only need a steamer. Tom K

I love , love ,love my Dupray steamer. I’m a fast person, but you have to be slow when steaming. Not that it doesn’t produce endless amounts of piping hot steam, it’s for the sanitizing part. It will clean your grout ,but you need to be slow and steady. I sanitized my mattresses ,cleaned out the dirt in the trackings of my sliding glass doors, my patio windows, my car seats and car tires.. endless possibility of uses ! I use distilled water (as directed) a gallon goes a long way. I never have to wait for steam with expectation of it to heat up at first (which is quick)The cord wraps up very nicely underneath, but I use mine too much. So I use a Velcro strap to wrap up the cord. The cute box moves around nicely on my granite floors . I couldn’t phantom spending the money on the cool case. I bought a mid size Tupperware bin to throw all the attachments and towels in. The customer service of Dupray is first class. I had issues with my first steamer and they FedEx me a brand new one. I even lost the cap (yes I use it a lot) even though you don’t need the cap , the Dupray customer service is sending me a new one free of charge with exception of shipping. It’s not their fault I lost the cap. If you are a cleanaholic , treat yourself. Make sure you buy distilled water before your steamer arrives so you don’t have to wait to play with it!

I have been thinking about a steam cleaner for quite some time, and Dupray was a name that came up often when I was researching options. I went back and forth, looked at some cheaper options, but eventually decided to bite the bullet and get this one. Let me tell you - BEST cleaning purchase I have ever made. This thing is amazing. Easy to move around the house with the wheels, good cord length so I’m not having to plug and unplug it. Tons of steam output and so many accessories so you can clean EVERYTHING with it. Easy to switch from the floor tool to a handheld tool and back. I’ve only had it for a bit, so can’t speak to durability / longevity yet, but so far, I am 100% satisfied.

Mine STOPPED working after 3 uses, but outside the return window. I have reached out to the seller. Too expensive to have these kind of issues in 3 uses. I have a child with allergies, who does immunotherapy. I needed a good product to assist along with all the other measures we were taking. This is why I went with the pro with attachments. This failed to reach the mark. Plenty of cheaper options on the market. It had great potential and I wanted to love it, as it has multiple attachments, steams everything we needed, and was easy to use. I could quickly change between attachments while working in each room. It also was easy to carry upstairs, and stored easily in my closet. I also loved the speed at which it heated up. None of those things do me any good now, as I have NO WORKING steamer I’ll wait to hear back from the seller.

Love this machine instantly. You do have to practice a bit especially to not linger or staurate surfaces. I wish I had gotten with lots of replacement pads, bonnets, and chamois. That is literally the only thing holding you up, because it works so fast. Replacing the cloths as they get dirty. Get this and reduce cleaning budget, reduce cleaning product storage when you need far fewer cleaners, and the time and effort it takes to clean. You will want somethings to make your life easier though. Extra rag towels, something like a spot mop where you can put a cloth on a stick to wipe the walls and ceilings after you clean, and good brush for carpet and upholstery. Love this new steamer, small profile and no long wait time for warm up. Set up and hear ready in 1-2 mins; also love being able to add additional water without stoping, cooling down, then waiting for reheat. Only thing is wish the hose was detachable, I hope it’s serviceable if anything happens and we don’t need to buy a whole new unit.

I love this steam cleaner. It makes crappy jobs almost fun. Super happy with my purchase.
