Works fine
I replaced my robot vacuum original battery with this and it works flawlessly. Its capacity is greater than the original battery. I used a lower capacity battery prior to this, same as original one, it was giving charging error repeatedly. But this one is fine.

Quality of products and customer support.
Received new battery and an issue with it. Contacted vendor and inmediately they shipped a new as requested by me. Replacement battery is performing perfectly on my Ecovac. I am very happy with the service provided by the vendor and will do business with them again as needed. I highly recommend them for the quick response, great customer support and quality of their product.

Battery stop charging
Work great for a few months now won’t charge!

Good battery replacement. N8+ working again as it should.
Working well so far. The install process could be easier but that's not the fault of the battery but more an Ecovacs design issue. The original N8+ battery was so worn out that the vac would only run for a few minutes and then die. Replaced with this battery and now the N8+ works as it should. It returns to dock to recharge and continues on its way.

Easy Installation and Long Lasting Battery!
Easy installation and battery works great! Vacuum now runs almost and hour and a half before returning to base.

Low battery capacity
Battery life is terrible, definitely not what it claims 4500Ah. A new Deebot N8 Pro (3200Ah) can run 70 to 80 minutes. After two years of use, the run time has dwindled to roughly 32 minutes, thus I seek a replacement battery. My expectation is that the replacement can run the N8 pro robot for 60 minutes, and I try to buy one with a longer lasting battery 4500Ah, well, look at the cleaning log I have attached, the new run time is between 44 min and 49 min, not sufficient to complete the cleaning task.
