Is the date on the bottle the production date or the expiration date?

The date on the bottle is the production date. Our product has a 270-day shelf life, noted on the packaging. We ensure the products you receive are as fresh as possible, with no near-expiry or expired items.

What makes ORIENTAL LEAF's appearance look very clean, unlike the cloudy or murky black teas I have seen before?

ORIENTAL LEAF uses LOG6 aseptic cold filling tech to ensure our products stay fresh, bright, and clean throughout shelf life without preservatives. The color reflects natural extraction from high-quality tea leaves.

Why does the color change? Is it normal? Will it affect the taste of tea drinks?

ORIENTAL LEAF's bottled tea is naturally extracted from tea leaves. The tea's color derives from natural components like tea polyphenols. Changes in color due to external environmental factors are normal and do not affect its consumption.

Why can I barely see any sediment in ORIENTAL LEAF? Are the bottled tea zero sugar really brewed from tea leaves?

All our products are extracted from real tea leaves. With our advanced manufacturing techniques and aseptic cold filling technology, ORIENTAL LEAF claims its clarity and just enough color of tea soup as cues of quality, purity and no preservatives.

What are the benefits of aseptic cold filling?

This world-class aseptic technology reduces exposure to high temperatures and eliminates the need for preservatives. It ensures safety while amplifying the retention of the cold brew iced tea's color, aroma, and taste.
