This case is fabulous! It pfovides tje needed protection and is a perfect fit for my guitar. I like the material it is made from and it looks good!

Very nice case, high quality buckles and liner, handle seems sturdy too. Fits my Gretsch Jim Dandy concert model perfectly.

Well built case. Bought for a Gretsch Rancher Penguin Parlor guitar. Given the odd size of the Penguin headstock, it just barely fit, but fit it did. Also fit my classical guitar, so I will buy another one for it.

As expected the handle linkage will be the weak link (hence only 4 stars), but I'm prepared to deal with that when it fails by installing an aftermarket luggage handle that will hold up. The life time warranty is great, but using that to replace that handle with a duplicate, equally fragile, handle is inefficient. However, the rich, beautiful plush interior, the rididity of the box, and the perfect fit for a classic or flamenco guitar (i.e. the Lucero LFB250Sce flamenco guitar this was purchased for) that it is advertized to be easily makes up for that. All of those things -plush interior, rigid box, good fit- mean it will, in fact, protect the instrument. Plus it just looks great.

I play Fender Jimmy D'Aquisto Esprit guitars from the 80's and nobody makes a case that fits these guitars . This classical guitar case is as close as I can get to the right size . The interior depth is 2 inches too deep,but the shape and size of the body is within 1/2 inch side to side . I added a piece of 2 inch foam under the guitar and it holds it secure no matter how much I shake or jerk the case around. I got this ine for almost half price as the original plastic case falls to pieces,so perfect timing for me. Latches and hinges look tough,handle us fine, everything else is what you would expect for a guitar case . The only thing I don't like is the bulky headstock end,it looks like someone went out of their way to make it ugly . Happy to have better protection for a 40 year old guitar, we'll see how long it lasts.

Good stuff: - Fits classical guitar perfectly and comfortably - Ample space for carrying other things in the pouch - Not too heavy Bad stuff: Came with a couple of dents which don't bother me but make me question the sturdiness (picture 2). Since I was in a rush I didn't return it and went on a flight with it (checked luggage). When I came back, I noticed that some of the black cover had been scratched off and you can see the wood behind it (picture 1). If after a single flight this is how the case will respond to average airline treatment, I don't see this lasting for a long time. I would not buy again.

If you want a reliable & protective case, this one is fantastic. I bought this to protect my $1400 Alhambra classical. Just recently, the tailgate on the Chevy Suburban I was driving malfunctioned and opened in traffic as I was accelerating at a stop light. The Gator case flew out of the car (Suburban's are pretty high off the ground too) and landed flat on the pavement ~12-15 feet away. Fortunately, the car behind us did not run it over! Anyways, after retrieving the case, I found that the guitar was completely unharmed, and furthermore, it was still in tune! The only casualty in this accident was a broken metal foot on the bottom of the case. I contacted Gator to see if they could send me a link to purchase a replacement foot, and instead customer support is replacing my case! It's one thing to purchase a great case for a great price, but when customer support goes above and beyond like this (very quick responding too), I have to say that Gator has really exceeded my expectations! Furthermore, I just realized that this case has a LIFETIME warranty to the original purchaser! What a GREAT thing to see a company stand like this behind the products. This is my 3rd Gator case that I have purchased over the years, and I think Gator will now always be my first choice!

At the beginning I thought is to small for a classical guitar but after trying a couple of times the Cordoba C5 fits just perfect. The classical guitar case will not fit a 000 acoustic.
