It works but its a little on the small side. I paired it with the "40mm Lazy Susan Aluminum Bearing" and lined the bottom with cork to keep the pens from hitting metal when dropped in.

Not much weight to keep it sturdy

Very nice pencil holder. Perfect for my office since I work with Inspector’s and they complimented on it.
